A federal grant is a gift of money from the federal government

The government provides Grant money to people who need it urgently and have reasons to be helped by the government due to their potential state in the society whether it is social or economical. There are times when people require extra amount of money than usual for some purposes. To fulfill the extra need they tend to take loans from banks and other resources which are not potential helpers in a longer duration this is because people who lend money to people demand a high interest rate and they have their own conditions too. Similarly the banks too charge high interest rates with a lot of pay back conditions and people who are in urgent need tend to accept all the conditions and by accepting them they not do well for their own self. The lack of information about grants is one of the most hurting things to be known as people who deserve for grants and their social or economical state makes them to qualify for these but still do not get benefit from these. This is because of their self ignorance or just the lack of interest in government policies. The Federal Grants are provided to those sections of society which need an all round development. They may be institutions, colleges or other government projects which require money for the development for a particular section of people. These grants are very liable grants and therefore to sanction them is not an easy task as the government makes it certain that the amount goes into right hands only. These are grants are given to those people only who are able show some fruitful work for the society, they have been engaged in. In the case of Free Government Grant, polices are different. • The Free Government Grant is not for the individuals and in most of the cases they are only provided to organizations and groups who do public service in their own way.
• These grants are mainly given to those people and groups which are economically weak.

Things that should be known Generally these grants are pay back grants and the government encourages the paying back of it as it also has to extract money from different resources, therefore Free Government Grant should be properly used.
